Mission Development Partners LLC (MDP), is a privately-owned real estate development company specializing in senior independent living housing, workforce income-based rental housing and mixed-use projects throughout Texas.

• MDP has teamed up with both private and public partners to provide development services, construction management, and Public-Private Partnership (P3) expertise to achieve company mission of enhancing communities throughout the state of Texas through smart growth objectives, constructing thousands of affordable housing units throughout the State.

• MDP partners has invested over $365 Million and created over 3600 housing units throughout Texas in their career.

• MDP actively invests in and advocates for the preservation of existing and production of new quality affordable homes in Texas, serving both seniors and workforce housing needs of the cities in which we work.

• MDP helps both cities and faith-based organizations achieve the “Highest and Best Use” on excess, underutilized real estate to create long term income producing assets to these institutions through the creation of partnerships to “turn-key” develop, construct and manage completed projects.
